motivasyon meydan okumadır benim hayatımda...iş yerimde elemanlarımı motive ederken herşeye rağmen olabilme ihtimalını onlara göstermek ve basaranların onlardan hiçbir farkı oldugunu onlara söylemek.ve takdir etmek bir insanın hatasını söylüyorsanız doğrularınıda söyleyin ve o kendiliginden motive olur zaten..eğer bir insanın hayali varsa ve oinsan ohayaline ömür boyu ulasamayaçagını bir an aklına getirirse canı yanar içinde birseyler acır ve buda çogu insanı motive eder..hayatta hedefli olmak gerekiyorki motive olabilelim....
